Okay, good enough for what though? What possible difference does it make to him as a player overall? Wayne is fairly inconsistent at penalties, all that means is that he shouldn't take pens if there is someone better available. You look like your trying to use his penalty record as a stick to beat him with as a player, which makes zero sense in the wider context of his achievements as seen each season.
If Messi wasn't banging in the same amount goals per games, and achieving half that figure in assists each season, perhaps his penalty record might mean something.
