I'm sure the Chelsea chairman said they wanted AVB for 10+ years.
Imo, it's stupid sacking a young manager without giving him a chance to make his own team at Chelsea. The spine of that team is still the same as it was under Jose (Cech, Terry, Essien, Lampard, Drogba) - they need to change the players not manager.
