I think it's a safe bet that instead it's due to all the umm-ing and ahh-ing Guardiola does himself each year and his steadfast refusal to sign on for more than one year at a time. He's spoken many times about the incredible strain of managing in such an atmosphere as that at Barca, all of which Brwned covered in an earlier post. Questioning whether he would want to join Chelsea is entirely fair though.
