Can anyone (in simplistic terms) explain to me the difference between the two main types of Creatine (Ethel Esther and monohydrate)? Which one is best?
I am currently taking an Optimum Health Pure Creatine Ethel Ester three times as day with food along with 2 Nutrisport 90+ protein shakes a day (on workout days). Have seen decent changes in both body shape etc. but not sure if the Creatine is helping or not.
I'm running out of both Creatine and protein so need to reorder again!
Any ideas?
