over 50 scouts watching each of his matches when he was on loan at Cheltenham for the first half of the season. was recalled back to Brum in January before being sent back out to Cheltenham again. was unstoppable in his first spell, but has had a slightly rockier time since returning.

England U21 int'l at 18 and is a far better prospect than Amos. the thing is, GK's need games and need to play. with Lindegaard and De Gea (who is only 21!) i don't see United as a favourable move for Butland.

remember the name though. between him, Stockdale, Foderingham, Fraser Forster, and even Rudd/Ruddy, there's a small but talented group of English 'keepers out there.
