No, firstly, even from that it looks inconclusive. You can't definitively say, yes, that is over the line, so what Keane said still stands - he's guessing. Secondly, Terry himself said that he thought he blocked it on the line. I do think that picture could be shopped. Why else would ITV show the ball to be so far away from the line if it was actually there? Plus all the replays of it looked like at most, some of the ball was on the line. How come there's such a dramatic change now to what we've all seen?
