I think that by looking at our finances as have been made available we are pretty much working within our means (in terms of paying off the debt and still remaining profitable). We are still spending a lot, 50 million last year. It's just the stupidity of spending at City, Liverpool etc that makes it seem small fry.
Also Fergies reaction to Mancini definitely makes me believe he has the hunger.
