Liverpool I'd miss in the Premier League because they are a proper club- great history and built themselves up to where they are. Yes, the fans are morons but which club doesn't have moronic fans?
City I would laugh my arse off if they collapsed and plummeted down to leagues. They have been given everything they have. Stadium- bought for them. Players- bought for them. The fact that they run their club with over 100% of their revenue being spent on wages is currently legalised cheating, grow your club by yourself and earn your own fucking money and property...
