It's taking a bit of a gamble and sacrificing a certain standard of living to do something you think will make you happier. I don't actually know that many people that have the guts to pack in a stable and well paid job to do something that they'd secretly always thought they'd prefer.
Ahh cheers, that's interesting because I never would of thought of it like that. I thought being a Uni lecturer doing research/publishing papers etc would have been a good job, but I don't know much about it.
