It's impossible for a club which is self financed or in our case financing it's forcibly adopted retard baby (the glazers) to be offering the same wages as the likes of chelsea and city. Fact is, we have resources that are more than most but less than some. And we aren't funded externally. We have rules in accordance with our revenue flow that we have to follow and rightfully so.
