HOWEVER since I jacked my ST in and watch FC live and United on the TV, I've somehow become unable to pass comment... which is rich because half the people on United messageboards have never been to OT let alone put the hours in I have.

I dont know or hav`nt heard any united fans say you or anyone else can`t pass comment on the state of the club but a large amount of FC fans are not only hypercritical of united but are most times abusive. As I have said I have not heard a city fan call Fergie a cunt but at FC his name seems to have become FergieCunt,just read Freds posts on here never mind going on an FC site.

If you think you cant pass comment try telling an FC witness (similar to jehovas exept they post on websites instead of knocking on doors)(and I`m not accusing you of being one) you are anti-FC and all of a sudden even if you have been a match going red for 30 years you are a deluded fuckwit who doesnt have the passion,knowledge or love of united that he does.

Got fed up with what? Like the bit above I REALLY don't know what you're on about... I'm not arguing or anything I genuinely don't know.
Early on in the season I was at Barrow and some lads behind me were obviously at the match for the first time with some regulars and they said "no ones actually watching the match", I looked around and they were right.This put the seed in my head and I`ve noticed it ever since.Ask anyone after the match in the pub how a player played and they hav`nt got a clue but they could tell what songs they started and what new flag/t-shirt slogan they were wearing to get noticed.Go on the FC forum and you get one football thread to twenty "did you see what I did" threads.

Knobheads wear jester hats but its fun and enjoying yourself to wear pink cowboy hats/wolf masks/terrorist gear/its a barm thing/the muffin men/pink shirts and flag etc. Does no one think the fans at OT are wearing face paint and hats to enjoy their day out to.Everything that was seen as a joke at OT such as wearing the shirt (only geordie and bitter dickheads do that)inflatables (I see your banana and raise you one dingy) are now part of the craic at FC.

Do you mean that you think FC is ABU or anti-United?

No I dont, as I have said I go as do my mates and many other lads from OT I know are staunch reds but another example is a video posted on the FC forum where it stated "those united fans with SENSE left to form a new club" a match going red said its shite like that that causes arguments and he was slammed by 2 or 3 pages of posts.Alls he wanted was the word sense taken out. There is more vitriol from some FC fans towards united htan any abu I`ve met.

I am an FC fan and I am Mancunian but I get sick of evangelists,placard carriers of DOOM,wanna-bes and some of the distortions of facts some FC fans quote as fact.I get sick of being told theres more passion at FC when the most passion I`ve felt and heard this season was during the Spurs and scouse home games. At away matches, fans of other teams (when there are any) have been heard to say "theres a lot of singing but its just pissing about."(or words to that effect).

It seems I am as bad as Fred for waffling when it comes to FC.
