Yes, the money goes back into the club. But it's still £28 of peoples money. And what happens when it's only £40 of peoples money? And what happens when you realise this model is naive and cannot last, because you will thirst for success, and realise you do need more income into the club?
Methinks manufacturing costs aren't so high that it requires £28 for a kit. And given your gate receipts and the level you play, is it really necessary to take so much more money off the clubs supporters?

Yet again you miss the fundamental point.
They arent taking OUR money... WE are taking our OWN money.. We voted for the new kit to be released in order that we can give the club valuable revenue with which WE can run our club properly.
WE decided we wanted a new kit
WE decided on what it would look like
WE decided on how much we would pay for it
WE will benefit from whatever sales are made.
You are trying to compare FCUM with what other clubs do. They just release the kit when they choose and they set the price that they want to charge.
At all times we are consulted and asked if what the board proposes is acceptable. If we dont like it it doesnt happen. If we think the price is too high then we reduce it.
Get it through your head. This isnt someone telling us how the club is run. Its us deciding ourselves how the club is run. A freedom that sadly you will never have and one you wouldnt know what to do with even if you got it...
