My problem is that i can't download anything. Before my computer was downloading things perfectly on ares. Then I started to use bitlord. The first download was really fast but then I removed that particular file from the bit lord folder and put it in "my videos", after this all my downloads on bitlord were really really slow. So then I tried using ares and usuallu ares would download for me at around 250 Kbs and then I was getting speeds of 1 Kbs on every download. So I uninstalled both and re-installed again and now both of them do not download files for me. I've tried downloading other programs like bitcomet but that's not downloading any thing either. I have norton anti-virus but I don't know if it's blocking it or how to check that it's blocking it. Someone please help..
