I'm not really sure but you may not be able to stop it like that because it is an anti virus and in the event of an 'attack' or virus they may not allow you to do it.
Anyway you could try going on the site like the above poster said or maybe their forums.
The only real thing I could suggest is try doing all that in '
safe mode' but you probably have done all that.
