Turned that off and even uninstalled McAfee from the PC, both with no luck.

Erm.. I can't find anything like NAT setup. But i loaded my router settings, tried setting up different ports on different channels to see if that made any difference and added it to the inbound/outbound connections onto my firewall rules.
I'm just going to do what i should've done days ago and reset my router. I've never done it before, so i've no idea how much i could mess things up. I'll give it a try and take the bad mood of my other half later if it all goes wrong.
