Train from York to Manchester takes about 1 hour 30 minutes - 1 hour 50 minutes.

The train will get in at Manchester OXford Road/ Piccadily - from there you'd be best off getting the tram at Albert Square to Old trafford - which will take bout 10-15 minutes
