I've seen only Hiroshima mon amour, so about the other two.. I can't really recommend them but they're supposed to be like some kind of cornerstones of french new wave cinema or something

I've seen all of those. All of them are fantastic movies. 400 Blows and Breathless were the beginnings of the french new wave.
