Some Heroes stuff I found
Quote:
As most of us know, Volume 2 was heavily criticized by the fans and Tim Kring even apologized vowing to make the end of Volume 2 better and promised that Volume 3 will be even better. Thus, leading to script re-writes and also a alternate ending because of the strike allowing for Sylar to return.
What was Changed During Volume 2:
NOTE: These changes occurred for various reasons
1) Kristen Bell was originally suppose to be in 8 episodes and then killed off
but due to fan support they are keeping her around for a bit longer
2) Elle was setup as a Bob’s step daughter and the daughter of Meredith which in turn would have been Claire’s SISTER but they dropped it due to lack of storylline and plot holes.
3) Stephen Tobolowsky (BOB) also had a slightly different story, he was supposed to be more evil then he is now and even recruited his SON WEST to make Claire turn against her father this was dropped early in Volume 2 for “various reasons”.
Wow, so Claire was going to be Elle’s sister as Kristen Bell almost leaked when she was signed on to the cast and I never saw that West would be Bob’s Son, but it did feel like he was sent to watch Claire early on. Also, it did feel like Bob was planned to be this big EVIL character and then they backed off.
Ok now for what many of you want to know….the current direction for Vol. 3…please keep in mind nothing has been written and all of this is the “current” plan the writers have for the show. There is plenty of things that can change between now and well….whenever the show returns.

The Current Plan for Volume 3:
1) Ali Larter will return to the show (as Kristin at E!Online has already reported) but are planning to wrap up her storyline up in Volume 3. (eitor’s note: Also, there are rumors floating around that Ali Larter’s evil alter ego Jessica will be a part of the Volume and not Niki.)
2) Micah’s storyline will end also
3) David Anders (Adam) will return and will meet a new friend
4) Adrian Pasdar (Nathan) well thats it up to the fans and he “might be back so don’t worry.”
5) Zachary Quinto (Sylar) will be more bad ass then ever and when we come back he will kill a star on the show
6) Villains is the start of something bigger for Heroes and hopefully it will be more fast pace then Generations (Volume 2).
or of darker storylines for the Superhero genre so it is good to hear that Adam and Sylar will be back terrorizing the Heroes.

Heroes Redux: Who's Dead and Who's Not, with Special Guests Adrian Pasdar and Leonard Roberts!
Categories: heroes, video clips
Now you've seen it. Now you know. (And you shouldn't read another word if you haven't seen last night's Heroes!)
Our beloved Adrian Pasdar (Nathan), Ali Larter (Niki) and David Anders (Adam) were all apparently killed off—shot, blown up and buried alive.
It reminds me of a little line I just heard: "You show me a hero, and I'll show you a dead man." And funny enough, that line was written by Mr. Adrian Pasdar himself, for his new play Atlanta, a Civil War-era musical playing at the Geffen Playhouse in Los Angeles.
Adrian cowrote and directed Atlanta, and he cast his good friend and old Heroes buddy Leonard Roberts (D.L.) as one of the leading men. (Yes, D.L. sings! And he's good!) So, I hit the theater of the weekend to chat about the play and ask the money Q: Is Nathan gone for good?
See for yourself what Adrian says in the clip above! Then keep on reading for the scoop on who's really gone and who's coming back in the last Heroes ep we'll see for a while...
WHAT WE LEARNED
Three Heroes Have Fallen—Who Will Rise? We all know Claire's blood can save the world and pretty much everyone in it, so who'll get the hot cheerleader injection (wait, that sounded dirty) and come back to the show? Based on what I'm hearing from inside sources, here's where I'd put my money...
Ali Larter
Ali Larter: According to Heroes insiders, Niki is not expected to return to the show. But her devilish alter ego, Jessica? Oh yeah, we'll see her as soon as the show comes back to the beloved airwaves—when the strike is through! At least, that's the plan according to sources who tell me producers had "done all they could do" with Niki. Micah is not gonna be happy. But at least he'll have Monica...
David Anders
David Anders: I'd bet my beloved, signed Hiro poster that Hiro's sworn nemesis will return. (I've seen that '90s flick The Vanishing and know people can be dug up after being buried alive! Maybe we can even get Kiefer Sutherland to do the digging!) Sources tell me it's not set in stone, but the tentative plan is for Adam Monroe to be back to torment our favorite squinty teleporter—i.e., the "carp." Here's hoping he does.
Adrian Pasdar
Adrian Pasdar: I've heard the production and writing staff is somewhat split as to whether Nathan should return to the show. Allow me to be the first to say WTF? Heroes without the brothers would be like Prison Break or Brothers & Sisters without the brothers: a waste of time! Surely Claire's blood can save her own father, right?! Let's say a little prayer for the older Petrelli, shall we?
Also in this episode...
Peter's powers—picked a peck of pickled peppers? How great is Milo Ventimiglia mixing up electricity, radiation, telekinesis, teleportation and mind reading? If Volume III: Villains is about Peter vs. Sylar, then sign me up!
Did anyone else sense a little Elle-Mohinder chemistry? Matt, don't look now, but you might have some competition!
Instant postep spec on the Internet is that HRG shot Nathan, as his side of the deal with the Company to protect Claire.
What happens when Micah becomes a sad little kid with no parents and a lot of power?
From reader Gerald: "How did Claire's blood fix HRG's glasses? Is there a LensCrafters at Primatech?" Ha.
WHAT LIES AHEAD
Books? Knitting circles? Fierce Jenga competitions? Sock-drawer reorganization?
As you may have heard, this is the last Heroes we'll get until the bad thing (strike) ends, so we'll have to find some other way to bide our time!
Those of you who live in Los Angeles can always go and visit two possibly dead guys (nooo) over at Adrian and Leonard's new musical, Atlanta.
Adrian Pasdar, Natalie Maines
It's playing through Jan. 6, and I should tell you, it's good enough to make Adrian's toughest critic—his wife, Natalie Maines (pictured above with Adrian, Leonard and actress Amie Farrell)—tear it up on opening night. (And I hear she knows something about music.)

After Volume 2 Finale, Tim Kring gave an interview to TvGuide about Heroes Volume 2 “Generations”…
The fate of Nathan, who was shot during a TV press conference, and of Niki, who may have died in an abandoned building explosion, are “up in the air and will be determined when we come back after the strike,” Kring says. “Things are fairly dire for them both.” Immortal Adam was teleported by Hiro (Masi Oka) into a coffin buried in the same Japanese cemetery where his father Kaito (George Takei), who was slain by Adam, is also buried. “It’s poetic justice to have Adam end up in the same graveyard as Kaito,” Kring notes. “We’ve given the audience no reason to believe that Adam can figure a way to get out of there. The fact that he can live forever makes this the most gruesome of internments. If this happened to any of us, at least we’d know we’d soon have the mercy of death. Not here.”
Witchy, bitchy Elle, who wound up saving the lives of Mohinder (Sendhil Ramamurthy), Maya (Dania Ramirez) and little Molly (Adair Tishler), clearly sparked when Mohinder called her a hero. “Kristen Bell gave us the perfect reaction in that scene,” Kring says. “For a moment there, Elle sees she’s been given an opportunity to use her powers in a good way. And she absolutely likes the sound of that word ‘hero.’” Not to worry. There are plenty more baddies coming after the writers’ strike concludes. In fact, the title of Volume 3 — “Villains” — says it all.
“Sylar getting his power back does not bode well for our heroes,” says Kring, who admits there is one upside to the writers’ strike: Originally, Quinto was not going to be available for much of Volume 3 because of his commitment to the new Star Trek film. Now, with the strike dragging on, he’ll likely be done playing young Spock by the time Heroes returns to production.
