I didn't say it was Peter, I said his frame was like Peter's and Sylar's. You try watching the scene again and pausing it when he walks. No way it is West. And I heard the West theory did not went through. Would be super stupid if it did as how does Noah not know that West is part of them? The cartoon strip also suggests that West was abducted. If he was Bob's son, he would be with the company from young unless Bob was having an affair. This is the only explaination but I think would be a very stupid one to explain his connections.
