A mate of mine had a sub to a more respectable horseracing one and found it didn't work. The elite one appears to be winning for now but if you look at the tipsters league table you'll see plenty that aren't. I would have thought that if you concentrate on one or two leagues you should be able to know as much as the tipsters.
