Quite a few folks down here in GA think he is Muslim because of those crap emails that circulate around. All one has to do is check wikipedia, snopes.com, or oh about a million web hits to find out he's a Christian, a member of the Trinity United Church of Christ. I've had one clue tell me that this is strictly a cover and he's a radical muslim.
