Rosicky has shown nothing at Arsenal yet. As I have said before, reputation wise he is better than Bentley. But there is only so long you can live off reputation.
And I am not sure why you gooners keep saying he won't get into your side when Eboue starts every other week for you lot.
He is not a player who would have a big difference to a top 4 team but don't think he would look out of place there.
