That's a decent point, which really underlines the endless debate of Rooney not being played in his best position as he's not a natural centre forward. Him, being our CF this season, means that he should be responsible for goals.. and him getting a lack of it can only dint his confidence in front of it. I think in this respect, we are really lucky to have Ronaldo banging in the majority of the goals for us this season. If you compare Rooney to other strikers, say the caf favourite Torres, Torres is undeniably the better striker, where as Rooney is the better player IMO.
