Fair enough with the Scholesy comments but is there any point in the childish rendition of Hargreaves' mistakes in comparison to Carrick's?

The point is that those over-praising Carrick (as opposed to giving him his due) are the same ones who desperately nit-pick any aspect of Hargreaves' play to say he is crap - if they did the same to Carrick then they should be much less positive about MC's performances.
However, that would require them to be conssitent and objective in their views - instead, most show evidence of double standards.
This suggests their ratings of both Carrick and Hargreaves are probably not not really founded on reality - exactly what '
makes
up' those ratings I will let everyone judge for themselves.
