A good way to judge how good our players actually are is ask yourself: Would they be a regular at Barca? Real? Milan(s)?

IMO there are only 4 players that would be regulars in most of those teams: Rio, Gerrard, J.Cole and Rooney.

I think that even though Lampard has been wanted by clubs abroad he would fail if he actually did move.

So its my opinion that if a manager genuinely wants to suceed with England they must build the team around these 4 players. That does not mean just force them 4 players into a system that does not suit them (like last night) but come up with a formation that would get the best out of the players mentioned.

I dont know what that system is, but then i'm not paid 5million a year(?) to come up with one.
