I was at Chelsea's academy recently - even the groundkeepers felt sorry for the under 18 / reserve team - knowing that they were doomed to be released or farmed off to the depths of the league no matter how good they aree .
The academy there seems to be a token thing. like everywhere else.
Thats why England are and will continue to be shite, no matter whose in charge
