How many times have we heard this over the years.
Sky, are always telling us, The BBC are always telling us, The Mancs are always telling us.
I presume by their comments that the Premier League is a totally different competition than the football league trophy, which, we've won 18 times and utd have won 7 times. Now that means we won that trophy 11 times more than them.
The premier league trophy, Utd have won 9 times and we have never won it.
Now if the Premier League is a different competition surly you can't add the two together eg: 18 plus 0 cannot equal 18 as they are two separate competitions as everyone has been telling us.
therefore, Utd, if they win the Premier League will be 8 league titles behind us. As they would need to win the Premier League 18 times to equal our football league record. ""

I know the Liverpool scum always clutch at straws and think of every excuse under the sun, but this really takes the fucking biscuit
They have been champions of England 18 times, ourselves 16 (hopefully near 17) times. But since the Premiership was formed, they've never won it so essentially they've never won the Premiership. They can try and get round it however way they want, but they only end up making themselves looking even more like dickheads (if that's even possible!). It's obviously the words of somebody who's extremely frightened that we're bearing down on their record 18 titles and I firmly believe that we will get to 19 before they do
