Yeah i heard about this one the news, i'm fairly certain that they can piss off. But whatever flaots their boat for a debate and some controversy to highlight their conference.
I believe they said that current UK time would change from BST or GMT+1 as it is currently, to GMT+3, relatively speaking.
So all these muslim clerics and scientists pitch up in Quatar each year and basically engage in a bit of a self-congratulation fest.
