I think the buzzword is good rehabilitation but nobody know what it really means or explain how it can be put in practice
I still have a problem in figuring out how one can rehabilitate an Ian Brady or the young cnuts that kicked to death that mentally challenged young lad.
And after rehabilitation ? would the advocates of shorter sentences/better rehab want the enlightened Mr Brady or these reformed ? thugs living next door to them
