AFAIK the only ones to get chucked in jail are the political ones who have an agenda. It depends on how you complain really, if you send suggestions thats fine. If you try to "change" like Obama then could be viewed as a seperatist.
Generally speaking, most of them just want a decent lifestyle, they just want food on the table and to get by. Tey love the socialist system, love working for their goals; family, home mortgage, buy a car, travel to Europe. If the Communist government can provide a fair competition and give everyone a chance, they are more than happy to oblige. Pronewbie has a point when he says not everyone has to live like Americans, or have rights like Americans.
