Yeh, I was contemplating Vidic and Rooney (who wouldn't?), but if they're not 100% I probably wouldn't risk it. Brown has been great at centre back IMO, if a little lucky, and Hargreaves has been fine at right back. If Rooney seemed okay enough I'd probably keep him on the bench and get half an hour out of him (Instead of Welbeck). I guess the usual back four would still be the best option no matter how well the current one is doing though... No place for Hargreaves then. The sooner we get the chance to name seven subs in a Premier League game the better, that is happening next season isn't it?
