I'll happily explain my reasons:
1) Voice chat - 90% of all xbox live users at least have a headset on, they come free with the console. PSN users wishing to communicate online will have to seperately dish out on a bluetooth headset, and if you play PSN games online theres barely a word spoken.
2) Easy friend-list system, you can very easily arrange games, video conversations and many more with mates within seconds, this isnt as accessible on PSN.
3) Better downloadable content, movies, music, huge range of demos, gamerpics, etc etc
4) Buying stuff online/sorting out suscription is alot easier, as far as I know only the 360 offers vouchers you can buy in stores which redeem points or an xbox live suscription. You have to put up with credit card hassling on PSN.
thats just me getting started.
