Get real. Anelka was doing next to nothing when he was bought by Bolton. You can't compare such a transfer to signing the Bulgarian now. You can only compare that tranfser to what Spurs paid Bayer for him. Which was accurate then.

Berbatov doens't have these alleged "attitude problems", is at the PEAK of his powers, (fuck being a young player, we want experience), is at a not at a small, just an under peforming one, is a player with pedigree in European competition, Germany and England plus international football. Has out scored both our best strikers in a team horrendously under performing and has as many assist too.
