Berbatov doens't have these alleged "attitude problems", is at the PEAK of his powers, (fuck being a young player, we want experience), is at a not at a small, just an under peforming one, is a player with pedigree in European competition, Germany and England plus international football. Has out scored both our best strikers in a team horrendously under performing and has as many assist too. Anelka did nothing? FFS till that time he won the EPL league and the FA cup with Arsenal, the CL with Real and the Confederations cup with France. What had Berbatov ever won during his career? Im not saying that Berbatov is shite but just overpriced. Lets face it we would be getting a player, who had never won anything in his life and whose causing friction in a small club. Unless Chelsea dont step in (or we act stupidly), they would never be able to sell Berbatov on 25m.
