Every player on the squad contributed significantly this season. Even the players who didn't get many starts helped us along the way. Pique played some CL games and filled in very nicely in a couple crucial games in our run in. Saha let us all down this year with injury again but the won and scored a penalty vs Chelsea and scored the winner vs Sunderland when we just couldnt find the net. Fletcher was immense whenever called upon. Foster SAVED OUR ASSES and saved us from embarrassment at Derby. Kuzchak came in a few times and performed admirably. Park's return to the lineup could have been one of the biggest reasons why why won the double. Our team was knackered in the run in and we had some key injuries. He came in and did whatever job needed. Whether it was to attack (L'Arse FA CUP, Roma Olympico) or to defend (Barca Nou Camp) Park showed that he is a squad player that ANY team in the world would love to have. Unbelievable that he came in after missing almost a year and needed next to no time to get fit. Its sad to say but if he was British or even northern European he would be hailed as a fighter and his season would be called legendary or something like that. I love our team and am proud of every player and proud of all the managers and training staff.
