You go right-click on my computer and select properties.

Select the Advanced tab and click on settings.
Go to the advanced tab, there should be a section on virtual memory. Click on that. Select No paging file. Should ask you to restart. This should clear out your virtual memory page file. When it restarts, go through the same steps and turn it back on.

Another little tip is to turn on Task Manager. Under view, go select columns. Check the virtual memory checkbox. This will allow you to see how much virtual memory each process is sucking up, might tell you if there's a memory leak somewhere.
