And that's a problem? We already have Nani/Tevez/Ronaldo/Rooney to do the leg work outside the box but we need some variation up top, as you have said many times before.
The only 'variation' we need is someone who will finish the majority of their chances and play on the shoulder of the defence. Hunterlaar certainly has a finish - but he lacks almost everything Tevez brings to the team in his place. Too limited. He's not that good at holding the ball up. He's very basic with his link up play. And will completely drift out of matches.

I'd certainly prefer to keep Rooney and Tevez as the first choice partnership. And if we're bringing in a 3rd choice, its going to need to be someone who can come straight into our current tactics, like Saha could. Besides, I read an article a few months ago where Hunterlaar was saying he wants to be first choice.
