Probably because Ronaldo is leagues ahead of both of them, as well as being considerably younger than Berbatov, having much more potential to improve and likely playing his career a lot longer. Benzema is still just a young player with a huge potential and good record in France.
Ronaldo at £80 million should mean Benzema at £30 million and Berbatov at £20 million, in my opinion.
