75% over the last two years. Team must be ranked within the top 60 in the FIFA rankings, which they had been for the last several months after a strong showing at the Africa Cup of Nations. Unfortunately they have had a few poor games lately with Manucho out, and they have dropped to 61st, with no more competitive matches until September.

If Manucho had been healthy, he would have played in their last 4-5 games, which might have put him over the 75% mark (none of us are sure, hard to get details about old Angola matches). I think they also would have improved their results, which would have kept them in the top 60. But he wasn't, so they didn't. Crap.
