Yes but Barry is desperate to leave, O'Neill doesn't really have a choice. If he doesn't sell he'll be left with either Barry sat on the bench earning £45k a week or Barry in the team not performing because he's unhappy.
I think £15m for Barry is more than enough, he's just being silly asking for £18m.
