the orange box is an absolute must, the half life trilogy is a genuine shout for best game ever imo and add to that the simply brilliant Portal and you can't go wrong
if you liked Tony Hawk you should give Skate a go. It will take some getting used to if you're a seasoned tony hawk player but its far far deeper and better imo
Oblivion is great but too much for some, you could litterally play it for the rest of your life. probably
