I don't mind if he's put on a little to be honest. The lad we bought 4 years ago was a stocky sod and was excellent. He's deceptively quick. I don't want a slimline Rooney, I think it's part of his make up.
I thought up until the injury against reading, he was brilliant - aside from missing a chance he'd usually tuck away. I think he'll score a fair few, I can't see him missing as many 1 on 1's as he did.
We know what Rooney can do, hopefully he can go injury free all season. He's had a run of injuries the last 2/3 seasons to his foot and it's annoying.
