This is good news for me though. Some idiots still think they can get away with it despite the stringent testing already outlined in this thread, and they're getting caught. At some point, riders will realise it simply isn't worth it (or will at least try taking drugs that slip under the radar)
The commentators were saying that the new testing regimes and the French introducing severe legal penalties has had a massive effect to the point where positive tests are rare outside the Tour. The Tour seems to temp people to cheat because it is such an important event.

I have no idea if this is correct mind.
