I'm so embarrassed by the crowd tonight, no excuses.
Let me say that the rumor in the crowd was that the Canadian anthem was not going to be played. Rather than having the class to cheer the flags on the pitch (England and US) and then singing the Cdn anthem they got it all wrong.
Once the Mounties brought out the flag for a Canadian sing-a-long everone looked like a fool.
