Exactly. I tend to think Striker is one of the safest positions to blood a youngster in the first-team because if he starts slowly the worst that will happen is that he doesn't score and is subbed off. In our team goals don't just come from the forward position, the midfielders get loads of them inc Ronaldo so is not as much of a risk. If you put an inexperienced Centre Back or Goalkeeper in the damage could be a lot worse - remember that guy Stepanovs who Wenger played against us.
There is no reason why Campbell or Wellbeck should not play 20 games next season
