How about when it happens twice? Oh and btw Sarfraz Najeib's solicitor, who played a key role in the Stephen Lawrence case, also said a High Court prosecution would also bring evidence of a racial motive in the attack. So we should at least be able to agree that the victim in the case thought it was a racist attack.
