No one is arguing that beating the shit out of someone is out of order but on the other hand it is horseshit that everytime someone who isn't white gets a beating it is a racially motivated attack.
Someone pulls their fist back to punch you are you not going to hit back because they are not white? What if you win and they are on the floor are you a racist? and are they going to say you attacked them as some sort of racially motivated attack? That card is used too much.
