5.Because nobody else heard it and independant witnesses said it was not said and nobody there at the time had a white shirt on.

The law states that if anybody feels a crime to be racial then the police must investigate it as such - this was the case here so the police spent a lot of time trying to build a case against Bowyer etc based on race. However they could not find any evidence and that includes statements made by Sarfrazs brother whoi said race did not play a part in it.
So the prosecution agreed to drop the matter there and then.

Shame now when money is involved it is raising its ugly head.
