I can't be bothered to read thru all this, so apologies if I'm going over old ground - but what is the point of transfer listing a player if you're not going to sell him. Several people have said it's just bluff - but that seems pointless. If they want to punish Bowyer, they might just as well say that he's not going to play again in the first team until he pays the fine.
