There's been a lot of talk recently about the influx of newbies and how the quality of the General has gone down as a result of this.

So now is the time to separate the stars from the turds - it's Rate The Newbies-time!

The newbie with the lowest average score, gets sent back to the newbies! Well, he doesn't actually, but he'll know that he'll have to do better before impressing a bunch of dudes on the internet - which is what everyone dreams of.

Here's the list of newly promoted newbies who has been quite active after being promoted:

Give ratings form 1-10 - as we know it from the ratings thread in the United forum.
